Frankfurt / Osijek, 2 June 2026 UHP is setting the course for the future and ushering in the next chapter in the company’s history. Following a successful management buy-out (MBO), Tomislav Prodanovic has acquired all the shares held by the previous partners and by axxessio GmbH.
The next logical step following a period of strong growth
Following twelve years of successful market presence and the joint development of the company with co-founders Dominik Unzicker and Thomas Hartmann, as well as a period of growth in partnership with axxessio GmbH and Dr Goodarz Mahbobi, the company is now entering a phase of strategic consolidation. The amicable management buy-out marks the transition from a multi-partner structure to an agile, founder-led technology company.

By consolidating all shares under a single ownership structure, UHP is drastically streamlining its decision-making processes and optimally positioning itself to meet the demands of the modern IT and software market. Continuity for customers and partners
There will be no operational impact on UHP’s existing clients, ongoing projects or partnerships. All contracts, points of contact and teams will continue to operate with the same high standards of quality and reliability. However, the flatter hierarchies and the consolidation of management responsibilities will significantly increase the speed of response and implementation for future projects.
